There was a comment in a book I read once. The author was spending time with a Native American elder. Towards the end of the book, the author said to the elder, “I wonder what kind of world we’d have if you had won the war”.
Makes me pause & think. This country was beautiful & basically peaceful

Just a reminder - back in February trump floated the idea of rounding up and "deporting" the Navajo nation in order to get at resources. At the time I was shocked at how little it was covered.

Yes! And in January at least 15 Navajo people were detained by ICE. I'm sure that number has gone up
