I use a kingrinder, and a cheapo de'longi for the machine. The grinder made a TON of difference.

Fair enough tho... The very first one of those iirc was 3d printed and used clean acupuncture needles that are unironically also used in 3d printing. Even the professional models sometimes still use the very same needles.
