Blue States like California should pick up where the Feds drop the ball.

However all this plays out over time, the US won't be "united" like it was pre-Trump ever again.

Individual or coalitions of blue states have the resources to help in some of the critical areas the Feds are abandoning.

When Trump signed the executive order to stop Trans Youths from getting Gender Affirming care here in Colorado medical organizations immediately complied. ICE has been running rampant in this state. Thus far Blue State protections haven’t meant much in Colorado.

This is an understatement. For post-op trans women without testicles anymore a lack of both sex hormones can lead to:
- loss of bone density
- Muscle loss
- Hier risk if heart diseases
- mental health problems
- cognitive decline

My body no longer produces enough hormones (even the one I don't want) to stay healthy. I *HAVE* to take hormone therapy the rest of my life because of it. If this stays I will no longer be able to get a HRT because I can't afford it without the VA.

Ask your doctor if they're willing to change your diagnosis from "gender identity disorder in adult" (ICD-10 code F64.0) to "endocrine disorder, unspecified" (ICD-10 code E34.9). The treatment is still hormone replacement therapy, but without the stigma of being associated with "gender."
