It is kind of tough, I speak with several of all three on Discord often, plus with dialects and sub accents it can be tougher. My quick trick is, Kiwis and Aussies tend to have a bit of an upward inflection, not quite like they're always asking a question, but a similar inflection of the voice.
A little further into details: New Zealand English vowels shifted and became shorter, whilst Australian English vowels became elongated, to the point where many Australian English vowels evolved into diphthongs.
