In this article, I find numerous allegations that some new election law impedes gathering signatures to petition for inclusion of proposed new laws on the ballot. But I find no explicit description of the new impediments. I confess I quit reading when it seemed omitted from the article.

6 months ago we would have said that about deporting a legal immigrant to El Salvador by mistake and refusing to let him return or deporting the mother of a baby with cancer and denying the mother a chance to call a relative to pick up the U S citizen baby so the baby had to leave with her.

I'm still saying it's against the law to deport a US citizen. It's also against the law to deport any person without giving them due process.
