Someone told me I wasn’t a real fan because I was okay with Bail saying “shit” instead of “poodoo”. They sent me a 30 minute video explaining the importance of “real” canon cursing in SW. So the chuds are just saying things more so than having coherent takes.

As someone who spent lots of time researching phrases/swears for a fanfic, I can confirm that "shit" was already in Wookieepedia's canon list before even the first season of Andor. I have zero clue what project landed it there (I'm guessing a book?), but I took it as permission to use it myself. 😂

im a regular chudobserver and their take on all SW ratings the last few years has been the numbers are somehow fugazi. of course, no evidence for this is ever really offered. sometimes they produce other lower numbers from the ether and argue those somehow are accurate, again with no evidence.

This is my experience too. I have seen a lot of posts and memes saying things to the effect of "andor proves that quality writing is what matters and nothing else," implicitly trying to tie it into an antiwoke narrative, despite the fact that andor has lots of diversity and progressive themes

I’ve only just realised after seeing this that a series can have more than one top-rated episode. I honestly thought it was a contextual phrase for a given show. Andor is so good it has multiple best episodes.
