I just want to add, I'm not the least bit bothered by your former line of work. Everybody has to eat. To me, you should have the right to choose any line of work you want. Stripping isn't a moral issue for me. Though I probably wouldn't give you money for it. But I might buy one of your books. 👍

But it was more than just "I got to eat".

Many women find it an empowering way to own their sexuality while finding independence from traditional employment.

If I could go back in time and make another choice of professions, I wouldn't.
