Convict Trump is the sui generis of projection. Virtually everything he accuses others of, he is guilty himself, but more extremely. If Trump were Hitler, he would have won the presidency on a platform of protecting Jews from hate crimes.

They did not become “embroiled”; they endlessly posed to be seeming to fight corruption as a form of projection, the better to carry out corruption that was planned all along. Same with DEI; they appropriated the “corrective” position as though the original correction was racist.

Writing text like “become embroiled” is disingenuous. Trump intentionally initiated corrupt actions. They didn’t just “happen”’to him.

Writers and editors should know that words matter in the battle for accuracy and against disinformation.
