Hasgeth claimed he declassified it. Classified or not 'no military attack plans should be transmitted within hours of the attack. Our soldiers should not be placed in extra danger because the enemy knows everything they intend to do. If I were our ally I would tell that bunch what time it is.

She corrected herself and said no classified information from the intelligence agencies was shared. That leaves Hegseth on the hook for sharing classified information. If he doesn't own up that the leaked information was classified then the Atlantic would be free to publish the full chat.
