Am I broken? I truly hated playing Plue Prince.
RNG, repeating the same puzzles, frustrating mix, unrewarding reveals...
I just felt friction in every step.
Been struggling to find a game to connect to this past few years tbh!

I’d suggest The Room as a good puzzle game I’ve had hours of fun solving all the games.
Betrayal at the House on the Hill - type roguelinke ain't for everyone.
I didn't really get into it until I started to feel big brain on solving some of the puzzles with no internet help (hello Billards room).
Legitimately tied for the best game of all time for me. It has a similar progression of "the puzzles are just questions that you need to find the answers to, which lead to further questions."
I'd also like to recommend Neon White if you have played it.
Is it specifically a puzzle/roguelike game you're trying to find, or just any game?
My recommendation
Just exploring on my own and being underwater was a wild experience.
What kind of features, themes, etc do you look for? There's bound to be something out there!
Inscryption? RimWorld? Stellaris. Banner Saga. Dishonored. Foretales. Dota a long time ago.
Ama. Or Dose? Is Dose too formal? ;p
Regardless, the real shocker here is that anyone could be finished with Stellaris ever.
Also gosh that's a wide variety! Something akin to Inscryption that's new and I love is Deck of Haunts. Deckbuilding. You're an evil house. I play it to relax.
I'll add it to the list, thank you.
I think either name as a short-hand can work! I'm partial to Ama.
Some folks complain that the gameplay doesn't gain "enough complexity" but I'm like? I can find hard games all day. I just want to vibe, eat people, and be an evil house.
