It honestly makes me so sad thinking of all those who lost their lives and limbs and so much more for this great nation, all to have our current selfish, ignorant and short- sighted (majority) population throw it all away. We stand on the shoulders of giants, and we need to start acting like it. 😢
Here in Canada we wept on 911. We willingly sent our soldiers to fight with America against its enemies.
Our guys died and got hurt and we thank them for that, but what the hell were we defending?
I am honoring my son who served in the Navy for 22 years. Extremely proud of him and his duty to our country. He has been retired for several years. God bless our troops that serve our country and the constitution.
Thanks for serving! Love you dad, miss you. Korea was so hard on so many. Wish you could have lived through it! Proud of you then and still proud of you today. Died at only 24 years old. Still love you today! ❤️
In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
..............
We are the Dead.
Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved,
and now we lie,
In Flanders fields.
