As a child of the 80s believe me the synth drums were playing in my head! Especially the time I saw a guy in a black suit on a Jetski (they were filming a car commercial).
That area of Northern Sydney is one of my favourite parts of the world. Avalon, Scotland Island, Newport...... it's actually a gloriously well kept secret. Home & Away doesn't even show half of it!
Same as that. I often say I'm going to the coast to take some photos. But I eventually figured out that the photography is very much secondary to the "me time".
It’s on the south west coast path - this is just past Golden Cap heading towards Lyme Regis/Charmouth. It’s absolutely gorgeous - one of my favourite places. The St Gabriels that’s signposted is a tiny ancient ruined chapel where cows sometimes graze.
I have another a little closer to home - the little creek just down the road from our house. A hidden village just outside of Bristol🤫..doesn't look quite so pretty at low tide in winter though!
