I also now use an IR therm to measure grate temps...
Rub 6-8 ears of shucked sweet, white corn with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Throw on hot grill and turn as each side cooks. Parts of the corn will brown but you donβt want it to burn.
Can be served immediately or refrigerated and served later.
