I use the Logitech MX Ergo trackball, might take some time getting used to, but I find great for work and gaming!

I still have and love my ERGO trackball, but this little guy has fit the bill for dual work and gaming responsibilities quite nicely imho — it’s basically weightless.

I think it's mostly my hand tensing up and gripping the mouse for an extended time. A trackball actually sounds pleasant

Yeah it’s a great mouse! I tend to play first person games and didn’t have any issues. Plus no more wrist pain after long work/gaming sessions
