Because they're the ones who helped push out PMJT to make room for Carney. This is exactly why I am no longer a Liberal. They were all power hungry and only worried for themselves. The only one I have any respect left for is Nate Erskine-Smith and Carney relegated him to backbencher.

For sure. And I said back then I would never forgive them for it. It was the worst time possible for them to do anything but come together. I became concerned learning the close personal relationship of Freeland & Carney.

Yep. And it was her portfolio who sped C-5 through committee. Anand used to be Transport but she was moved by Carney. He gave her Foreign Affairs and moved Joly to Innovation, Science and Industry. I feel there was a reason he did that now more than ever.

I don't think Gould was in it and neither was Joly. Anand wasn't either. But I believe LeBlanc was definitely part of it and has been rewarded accordingly. And I now even wonder about Fraser. It's his job as MOJAG to do Charter statements and they're coming after bills are tabled, not with them.

I remember reading a tweet from an Ottawa reporter saying Anand was visibly shaken when she heard of Freeland's very public resignation. PMJT had no choice but to step down after that and that was exactly why she reacted the way she did. She knew it was a coup.
