The previous FAA Chairman grounded future Starship launches, until the investigation of January’s explosion was completed and its cause was determined. Musk had him fired and the new Chairman gave the ok for today’s launch, with the obvious same resulting outcome.
The FAA warned pilots of “dangerous area for falling debris of rocket.” I see no conflict of interest here … 😳
