my recommendation… get some of your favorite relaxing music (search for stuff that's meditative but also meaningful to you, personally) and find a good place to sit or lie down where your body can relax itself as fully as possible… start scanning yourself from toe to tip, repeat affirmations, &on&on

i used to be okay at it as a teen but as ive gotten older my brains gotten more scattered which makes it hard. i hope i can put these tips into action... i may look into guided meditation/have my partner guide me. i rly miss that centered feeling
