Check out the article about him in today’s Irish Times. When Ireland was in serious bother he sketched out a plan on a napkin for our then finance minister that ended saving the country millions. Seems smart and a decent human.
Well we like to claim about a quarter of the world as Irish but in his case we would deffo welcome him to our tribe (he renounced his Irish and British citizenship which is also a mark to his credit as he felt a Prime Minister should not hold dual citizenship)
