I don’t believe Trump. Carney made it very clear he will meet with Trump when he shows respect for Canada, and not before. They did have a phone-call. They will have to meet at some point but I think Carney is shoring up trade with other countries first. Then he ‘holds the cards’ for their meeting

That would be great. I see they're cutting way down on defense manufacturing in the US, even with the trillion dollar budget. Would be nice if Canada could get some defense contractors to relocate.
They're just sore losers, so they will make up any kind of smear, rather than shut up and work towards what's best for the country. Conservatives have tapped into the angry white males outrage, and they'll keep fueling it.
