If you've been tracking Fenton's tenure, you won't find much new in this--pages 18 & 19 are the closest to "new ideas" in the document--but it's a useful compendium of his ideas & direction to the command (as well as all the DOD buzzwords du jour, cc @elenawicker.bsky.social). 2/3

(Postscript: I assume SOCOM's centering of Fenton's "10-Ring" concept on Greenland (pg. 15) is an unwitting yet apropos application given the incoming administration's emphasis on it as strategic terrain...)
