What if you’re claiming benefits and work full time for a company that doesn’t pay a living wage and may get tax relief from the govt.
Could there be reparation payments by said company or could the govt grow a pair and ensure that can’t happen?

The term "Living Wage" denotes adherence to minimum wage legislation or similar, if they're not doing this, surely they're breaking the law?
Minimum wage is not enough. Living wage not much better. But is it the employment terms that contribute as much? No contracts, irregular hours, avoiding sick pay, holidays etc. I shouldn’t comment without more knowledge really.
