If Ukraine can take Oleshky and the surrounding countryside (no need for the villages along Vulytsya Kirova or along Oleshky Sands), they should be able to cross the Dnipro in relative peace. Artillery & intel at 20km aren't going to be an effective way to suppress landing craft or pontoon bridges.
If they can push out Russia 20km further they might be able to temp fix the bridge itself which would allow them to roll an army over it in a very short time and as there are not so many defence lines there this would be a bad blow for Russia
That bridge will take months to repair at best, even in a temporary manner. There's multiple entire pylons gone. But they should be able to get a pontoon bridge up in short order. :)

Might even be possible to salvage intact parts of it :)
