Tries to emulate Fallout 4 and...succeeds? Very easy for players to "break" the combat balance and I just embrace it now.

My only experience with Shadowrun are the video games, but I loved them and the setting was very compelling!
Not familiar with M&M, but it sounds like Fenris is the same kind of build I do for Fire!
