Joe Biden is a true gentleman. A man who tried to help Americans achieve a better life. Yes, he stutters. Yes, he has spinal arthritis. Yes, he injured his foot playing with his dog. But he never gave up on trying to help those who needed help. I will always have a special place in my β€οΈ for Joe. π

Kudos to Biden. Because Trump did not show such decency, Americans now know that a sense of decency is not a requirement for the job of POTUS. Folks who voted against a Trump 2.0 presidency knew that and rejected Trump because of that among other things.
Sadly, many voted 3rd party because Biden-Harris gave Israel allied support in their genocide campaign on Gaza, planned for decadesβnot because of Oct 7th. Also, trying to pay off all student loans was a bad idea too.
Moving forward, more fiscal restraints but with more human rights is key.
I am not doubting that all of those factors came into play, but I think the 5 biggest factors that you did not mention were: (1) KH is black, (2) KH is a woman, (3) KH was tethered to an unpopular Biden, (4) women in large numbers voted for Trump, and (5) the Dobbs decision did not motivate women.
While Kamala Harris got almost the same number of votes (2.7M) as Dem Elissa Slotkin for US Senate, we find a discrepancy gap between GOP Mike Rogers for U.S. Senate and Trump.
Itβs like β Trump and Musk did rig the election, as they accused the Dems of doing.
I went back and reread my comment and see that I misspoke. In Factor #4, I meant to say βwhite women.β I believe that Black women supported KH at more than a 95% clip, which is typical. The majority of white women supported Trump. I donβt quite understand what accounts for that anomaly.
@jaketapper.bsky.social, this is a decent human being, unlike yourself. Where is your orange turd of a president? He has been nowhere near Minnesota to offer condolences.
Sad times for the #Hortman Family and #Minnesota. If you don't miss this compassionate, caring, honorable man, particularly in his prime, I may have to co-exist with you but I don't have to respect you. #Biden #NoKings
This is what the President of the United States does!π Even fighting stage 4 cancer this honorable and decent man shows us what a real president looks like.
@governorwalz.mn.gov I am disgusted by the lack of respect shown by the sitting government at this unspeakable tragedy.
Thank you, President Biden, for showing dignity and grace in paying respects to one who served our nation and lost hers, and husband's life for it.
May they rest in peace. I hope justice is served one day to all who made these murders possible.
It means so much to see a former president there. ποΈ

Biden was, is, and will continue to be a decent man.
Joe Biden is NOT a fucking hero. He deserves his cancer.
Try to educate yourself.
