Good God. Surely there's a mechanism of some kind to get him out of office on the grounds of unfitness to serve, isn't there? This is beyond his 'normal' stupidity. The only person I've ever known to do anything so insensitive and tasteless had bipolar disorder and was at the top of the 'up' phase.
