Having spent 4 hours in customer support hell yesterday. Most of which was battling the circle of AI bots Microsoft now have instead of humans, I wholeheartedly say sod that.

Yesss. Chat is great for nuance, bad for structure. There’s a reason menus exist: bounded choices, faster cognition, less friction. Let’s not reinvent everything into a slow, overconfident autocomplete.
