I’m sorry this is happening to you. If it’s accessible to you, could you journal your disappointments (or just take time to think about your disappointments) in the morning, and then try to access some humor (especially at the end of the day so you hopefully can have a more contented sleep).

Just take it a day at a time and know it's not my fault or anything I did.
