Villa are 10 points behind us in 7th with only with 12 on the table. Chelsea have to play Newcastle, Liverpool and Forest, with ramifications for those sides (not Liverpool) if they win. Arsenal have only lost 3 league games all season.

Oh, it belies my own nerves around retaining second, especially if the Champions League doesn't go as hoped. While we're getting hammered for being second again, it shows a consistency in spite of the way the season's been a twattercrumble of bad luck.
I'd really like not to lose to Liverpool.

I think this is my ‘bet’…we do qualify for CL (but I do think we may need some sort of result on final day). But I think top 2 is very unlikely at this point and we’ll likely finish 4th. But if we don’t win CL we’ll get HAMMERED for ‘finishing 4th in a 2 horse race’.

This is true for sure 😂. But if we don’t win CL AMD finish 4/5th…honestly, I’ll quietly agree with the criticism. The league form been frankly disgraceful since February. ESP considering no FA Cup games either. WIN CL and of course nothing else matters. Just shame we haven’t just got it done.
