With finals coming up, I’m obviously going to do much more cooking. Finally got a cookbook holder. Cast iron. It’s perfect. Tomorrow I’m gonna make Fuchsia Dunlop’s fish-fragrant eggplant. Her version is worked famous. Don’t think I’ve made this one. All her recipes are amazing
