The International Criminal Court has no jurisdiction over the US because the US hasn't signed on to the Rome Statute. El Salvador has signed on to the Rome Statue and is under its jurisdiction. Lawyers, does a US Citizen who commits a crime in El Salvador fall under the jurisdiction of the ICC?
