The size of this crowd — at least 1,000 people before 9 am with several other rallies happening across Maricopa County — is astonishing. Another rally is starting in Mesa soon.
The scene in Mesa at 11ish am, with 99 degree heat (and a high of 106!). This man preaching on the corner has attracted some attention through the day. This guy in a MAGA hat has been approached by a few folks. Mesa PD looking on.
