Investigate & Sue immediately. In the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) there are laws against this: Bribery: In O.C.G.A. § 16-10-2 & Retaliation: In O.C.G.A. § 16-10-3. Coercion of an official to perform or refrain from performing an official act is illegal.

Those are two of the biggest law firms in the country they don't need much help. Further the lawsuit is contesting an EO that has been found illegal in federal court which makes capitulation look even worse. This is a slam dunk win.
