Yes, I do know that.
My point is that businesses do not seem to be getting prosecuted for employing what ICE deem to be "illegal".
The whole thing is a mess, immigrants are staying away from work and tourists are just not travelling to the US. If they arrest 1 tourist, Disney is finished.

Prosecution was never the point. He doesn't want to prosecute the wealthy business owners, it's absolute xenophobia. That is easy to sell to his base of magats.

I totally agree. It just emphasises that the xenophobia is the major point of all this. The double standards on show are off the scale. If you were truly trying to make the country safe you would charge people that employed "illegal" immigrants. I don't like the word illegal for people.
