My daughter had treatment removed or refused three times and every time I got a lawyer onto them and they backtracked. They hate me but I don't care 🤷Never stop fighting them.

It actually already does (although for BA you still have someone who decides for you if you boobs are big/small enough), this was a case of his local antenna being shit about refusing to accept coverage without additional documentation (and regional disparity is a big issue here)

and for FFS it covers all except rhinoplasty and a few other interventions, it's just we have the same issues of sometimes having a local antenna just refuse to include this in the coverage for no reason

I know FFS is partially covered in France (I’ve been thinking of having it there myself), I was referring to the NHS in the UK, for which neither FFS nor BAs for transfem people are covered *at all*

According to the article, they were asking for documents before allowing the surgery to be covered, meaning that the surgery wasn't denied, however he would have had to pay for it or jump through extra hoops. The ruling deemed it unconstitutional to require extra documents just because he was trans.
