Witkoff was reportedly in RUSSIA at the time of the Signal chat. He was not using an NSA secured device. He was using an ordinary mobile phone. Russia can routinely read the contents of regular mobile phones so it’s highly likely that the entire chat was delivered directly to Russian intelligence.
