Dems can't charge him with perjury. The GOP-majority committee wld have to vote to refer it to DoJ - unlikely. Then DoJ wld have to decide to charge him but wouldn't. Not much else Dems can do aside from pointing it out during hearings and hope that a few Senate GOPers listen and vote against him
If I recall, only the chairman of the committee can do that. Democrats are not in charge of that committee or the Senate. It would be the Republicans who would send that charge.
