No, but a common mistake! Linkle is not a female Link - she's like the Barbara Gordon (Batgirl) to Link's Batman. This is a Female version of Batman - or Link. Actual Link.
Linkle's not an alternate version of Link, but instead like a long-lost sister. They're actually very different characters.
