Via CNBC: The DoJ has reached a deal with Boeing that will allow the principal military contractor and top US exporter to avoid prosecution over two crashes of its 737 Max planes that killed 346 people and avoid being considered a felon in exchange for a payout of $1.1 billion.

If it's to the victims, it's something at least, but it's not accountability. If it's just the 346 victims, that's about $3.1M each, minus lawyer fees, miscellaneous fees, so they'll never see anything close to that number.
So the poor families can't do a thing even if Boeing was found to commit fraud by submitting fraudulent documents that proved some guilt the families can't get justice.
Kill many, and you're a conqueror
Kill them all, you're a god."
So they get off scott free what a sham.
