I'm sure we are all familiar with the evidence as to how long it takes organisations to (re)optimise operations following significant reorganisation.

This is my 10th significant NHS reorganisation - in 33 years.

I was at a meeting recently describing the 'success' of last year's Cost Improvement Programme, swiftly followed by the announcement of 'and for this year's CIP...' (an even bigger number). It's cuts on cuts on cuts...

That's wrong.

They aren't trying to deliver healthcare -that's what they *say* they are trying to do. What they are actually trying to do is demolish the NHS so they can persuade more people it's OK to privatise it even faster.
