Assisted Dying should not be linked to disability as it is an End-of-Life option. Having watched the progression of MND rob someone of their bodily autonomy & dignity l believe all should have the choice to end their life to avoid pain & loss of agency. Being seen as a 'burden' is society's fault.

IMHO its more likely relatives or carers who deliberately or thoughtlessly indicate that caring is a chore, disrupting their lives.
Then there is the independent souls who finds it hard to come to terms with need for help.
It's nuanced.
You keep what you sow... or rather you don't in the forgotten world
And yes care is logistically, emotionally and physically exhausting in a system which is hardly helpful
But for mere mortals, very true. The lack of localised hospice care, & cottage hospitals, is appalling.
