As far as I'm aware, no daily record low temperatures have been set at any point this week anywhere in the United States.
Over the past year — the hottest year ever recorded in the United States and the world — daily record highs have outnumbered daily record lows by ~39,000 to ~7,000.
It still gets cold, just not as often. That's climate change.
