Companies don't but there can be some cool people in companies that do. Destiny 2's social media team trolled the hell out of bigots in the past a couple of times and I heard stories of them banning them on sight in their discord server.

They do drop in game content for pride as well and it's usually free. I know other games do this but for some reason it feels less like pandering given what Bungie's devs have done for Pride and BLM.

The reverse is also entirely possible. There are plenty of single people, like influencers, who wave that flag exactly in the same manner as corporations. Never think just because someone is "indie" or whatever that they don't view money the same way as big corporations. The actions are what matter.
