They even have a new name - Nomad Capitalists. They live outside the taxation systems of nation states.
They are economic vampires, moving their boxes of Transylvanian soil from place to place, so the taxman can't get a "stake" in their property.

I work in a trade shop, most of the tradesmen do cash deals while working, snd i am sure everyone prefers to pay cheaper labour prices (without tax) from our tradesmen !!
