That’s a big question — I could answer it for an hour! 😅 But in short, I review my goals and data from the last year, consider what I want to change and what new things I want to try, and then set goals for the coming year to help me stay accountable and track my progress.

If it wouldn't eat into other things too much, would you mind doing a video on that? Perhaps not an hour, but maybe 15-20 minutes?

I think showing people how use and review data in a practical way would be useful. Also I know at least some of us like 'behind the scenes' videos.
