If fear of reprisal is affecting how you vote, what you support, or whether you take a stand, then congressperson is not the job for you. If you are too afraid, then quit. Selling out your constituents is never the acceptable option.

I’m afraid to stick my hand in a bag full of cobras. So I don’t put my hand in bags full of cobras. If this job is too scary for them, they can resign and let us elect folks who aren’t spineless cowards.
What if I am instead incentivized by money, power, and influence? And because I'm willing to take handouts from corporations, I can out-campaign anyone who actually cares about service.
This is where any democrat candidate who wants to win over the red states need to be. Fighting in this “space”. In town halls abandoned by the simpering GOP. On line. In trump and Elon’s face. And telling the simple truth. It is not going to end well for these cowards.
More voters chose to stay home than voted for either candidate. Tampering is not the problem. Shortage of spines is the problem. Failure of elected officials and msm to do their jobs, and candidates to take an actual position, is the problem. Educate, inform, and inspire. Or find a different job.
Yeah, that's not an unreasonable position. Especially with the bomb threats and such. I'm certainly not going to fall on my sword defending the integrity of the voting in several of those states. Super sketchy.

They are followers of a pseudo-religious kkkonservative kkkristian kkkult
What are they being paid for? They aren't doing anything besides hiding from the people who put them in office.
Talk about government waste.
No way he won all swing states. It would take a lot of proof to convince me.
