If you are over 50 or 60, don’t take Youtube advice on nutrition or exercise (I mean….the…”I tried this for 6 months”….”this is what it does for me”…..”try this, it really works!” ) from influencers or folks in their 20s or 30s. Just don’t.

In general, as a nurse that makes house calls to 18-101 year olds, folks over 50, definitely over 60 and positively over 70, typically don't drink enough water. The value of this one thing cannot be overstated. Just water. Drink the equivalent of 3-5 bottles of water a day minimum. Ted talk done. 😬
People in their 20s and 30s shouldn’t be taking most influencer’s nutrition/exercise advice either. A lot have zero education, and give recommendations and makes claims that they can’t back with studies and science.
It's amazing. Thinking about my 20/30-something barely literate nieces....yeah no, not taking advice from them, kthanxbye. SMH, people quite often amaze me.
