it was EPIC - I'm the one in the wheelchair scooting around in the videos, they made it all so accessible for me too, they checked with us in advance what accommodations we might need, gave us a dedicated access contact, and installed ramps everywhere for me to use so I didn't miss out on anything!

No, phones had to be surrendered before entry & were given back afterwards. We were given 2 official photo opportunities - 1 by the backdrop & 1 by the bookshop & new Bentley. We were allowed to keep our plastic re-usable mugs from "give me coffee or give me death"

I got Sir Derek Jacobi to sign the lid of my mug, which amused him. When I met Rob Wilkins he did also offer to take it back to the green room of the event and get another person to sign it for me, which I'm a little sad about now because the 2nd autograph kind of spoils it now, but never mind.

If the sign is on the white lid, maybe you can use something like nail polish remover (onyx professional 100% acetone is a good one). Though I never tried it, so not sure if it would damage the plastic. Maybe try it on an other plastic cup first, then in the inside of the lid to be sure.

Oh so nice of them!! Also they already had a ramp for Saraquel ^_^. I almost cried first time I went to US and entered Hosgmeade (before I knew about JK being a terf). So I just cannot imagine being in that set when Im far more in love with GO then I was with HP. What an experience !!

yeah but the bookshop ramp wasn't the theatrical big "miracled" one in the front door - the accessible entrance was through the back room. They added temporary ramps elsewhere for me because the set designers had forgotten that dropped kerbs are a thing 😅

but it was a secret back then! We'd seen the trailer & seen her IN the bookshop, so I was curious to know how she got in & asked the crew. They immediatley exchanged panicked looks with one another like "oh shit what are we allowed to say?" I guessed it was plot & asked "wait and see?" They nodded!
