If you're wondering why call Congress? This matters, especially if you have a Republican member. They like to pretend they're the party of national security.
Embarrass them. Demand to know why they didn't know about this. Ask how they feel having their power stripped-
MOST will not react outwardly - not every is Massie (blergh). But this is an ego/wound we want to hit.
Politicians, especially Republican politicians, are power hungry and will feel uncomfortable with this. Push them on this.
