But if you haven't seen Rogue One, I would do Andor first then follow it with Rogue One.

I'd actually recommend A New Hope -> Rogue One -> Andor. Andor's finale doesn't work as well without knowing what happens in Rogue One IMHO.

I totally get that (the prison scenes especially made me more than a little uncomfortable) -- I think there's only one really disquieting scene early on in S2, but it rewards the valiant viewer
