Whenever I read articles like this, I'm reminded of forthcoming "War on Science" wherein Krauss, Peterson, Wax, & co argue that ideological capture by the *left* is destroying science.
At best, poor timing. At worst, authors are actively abetting right-wing authoritarian project to destroy science.
